slid off the road on I-80 and was losing air in our tires fast, tire factory got us in and out in 35 minutes and charged us less than $20 to figure out and solve the problem! great service and even greater people!
Driving from California to Colorado Springs and one of our stops was Rawlins WY. I noticed my daughters car needed new tires and we were in a time crunch as she needed to be in Colorado Springs by 2pm. Levi and Carol took care of me first thing in the morning despite being short handed. Had great conversation and learned a lot about Wyoming during the hour wait. They saved the day. Thanks Carol and Levi!
My wife and I were returning home to Reno, NV., from Sturgis SD, with motorcycle in tow behind our motor home. When we stopped to overnight in Rawlins we noticed one of the rear tires had a large chunk of rubber missing with steel cord exposed. There was no way I wanted to risk finishing the remaining distance with a maypop tire. The TA truck stop had the size we needed, but the guy on the phone seemed almost as if my call for a quote was disrupting his morning and he didn't seem the least bit interested in helping out, as he quoted over $3000 for 4, 22.5 inch tires. The store manager, Scott, at Kilburn quoted me a very fair price and I didn't feel the least bit taken advantage of being a passing through tourist. Everyone at the store was as pleasant as could be and made us feel very comfortable. Kudo's to Scott and his crew!
