I have been doing business with Scott and his guys for years and have always received ten star service and Scott is known for standing behind his work and always willing to talk and not get upset but will work to resolve any issue (never had an issue though) the dealerships could learn alot from these guys.

I purchased a new tire and had a problem with it. Returned to Pendleton. Oregon store and they took care of the problem with no charge and repaired it immediately. Very impressed with their service.

These guys, Scott, Joe & Steve are the best! I flew into Portland to purchase a SUV and am driving it home to Houston, TX. I nursed it to Pendleton where the team fixed my brakes, pointed out a couple of important safety issues and even called ahead to the Ford dealer in La Grande, locating dealer parts and I'm all fixed up and headed home safely! We were helping my brother & sister in law move from Oregon to St. George, driving a 30' box truck. It had two bad front tires that we needed changed on Saturday. They had everything ready to go when we arrived and had us up and going in 45 minutes. Thanks!

Bought a set of Goodrich T/A Baja tires for my truck. Truck handles great. Friendly people and great service.

Great customer Service, Had a trailer tire blow out on freeway. Found out the spare that was on the trailer was the right tire but wrong wheel. Called for help. they came out and went above and beyond to get me back on the road again safely.

Great Customer Service, courteous, and Very easy to deal with. Staff is up front with what it's going to take to get you back on the road.
